Writing for Publication, SUSI Scholars Follow-On, 2023

The purpose of this course is to help scholars with available research data to progress toward a finished article.   This might mean the course participant is in possession of a finished piece of data-informed writing: a chapter in a thesis or dissertation, a report from work or a final paper from research methodology course.  But it also might mean the participant has data that has been gathered, codified and analyzed but which is not yet written in academic essay form.  Whether it is a complete stand-alone piece or a set of analyzed data, this course will help the researcher go from where they are now to a more refined place in writing for publication.
